APEX Orientation Day February 2018APEX welcomed over 60 students on 12 February 2018 into their diploma and advanced diploma courses. This was APEX's most diverse orientation cohort to date with students coming from Korea, Columbia, Nepal, Taiwan, Malaysia, Italy and Lithuania.

AIE students attend the Fine Food Exhibition: The Australian Food Industry

Last Wednesday (11 September 2019)  AIE hospitality students attended the Fine Food Exhibition: The Australian Food Industry.

Fine Food Australia is the leading trade event for the food and hospitality industry.

It was a great opportunity for our students to learn from industry leaders about practical solutions to hospitality operations, discover new and innovative taste and sensory experiences for menus, and network with hundreds of other chefs, restaurateurs, café and bar owners, and other food operators.

Coronavirus Warning for All Staff and Students

Isolation for 14 days is recommended if:

- You have been in close contact with a person with a confirmed case of novel coronavirus.

Students and staff in these circumstances should not attend the college and must avoid contact with other students and staff.
