These are very difficult times and understand the anxiety and uncertainty that our staff and students may be experiencing. Apex Institute will try to support all of you in the best possible way and ensure that we all come out of this crisis together.
At Apex we are finding ways of ensuring that your learning is not disrupted in the days and weeks to come. To do this, it is crucial we provide you with flexible learning, where you can learn in your own time.

COVID-19 SUPPORT
ONLINE LEARNING FOR ALL UNITS
AIE will be delivering ALL UNITS ONLINE on Moodle until further notice.
Students can access the Moodle Student E-Learning Portal: CLICK HERE
Students MUST use Moodle to:
1. Check timetables and assessment submission dates on Moodle
2. Access learning and assessment resources uploaded to Moodle
3. Submit assessments (UKA & USA) on the submission date on Moodle
Students SHOULD use Moodle to:
1. Ask trainers questions
2. Post in discussion boards
3. Complete Moodle activities to reinforce learning
4. Get feedbakc on learning and assessment
5. Check results
Qualification where work placement is mandatory, that placement will be deferred until such time that it can be conducted. In the meantime, students are required to complete theoretical units. Check your timetable on Moodle for further details or contact Student Support Staff.
COMPUTER / INTERNET ACCESS
If you are unable to complete your online learning from home due to limited computer / internet access, the computer lab in the Apex City Campus will be open Monday to Friday 10am – 4pm.
You can see our Student Support Officer if you would like to seek any assistance.
We will be enforcing Covid-19 measures (including social distancing) at the campus as required by the Australian Federal Government and NSW State Government.
